The High Voltage Junction Box (HVJB), designed for Hypercraft’s powertrain systems, consolidates Power Distribution, HV Isolation Monitoring, and IVT-Sensing into one compact solution. As the central hub for high voltage circuitry, it efficiently manages the flow of hundreds of amps across EV systems.

Robust & Refined: Engineered for off-road durability, HVJB features solid mounts, an IP67 rating, and Type II anodizing, ensuring it withstands harsh environments. Despite its rugged build, the sleek design suits everything from restomods to rock crawlers.

Compact & Lightweight: Weighing under 8 kg and made of aluminum for efficient heat dissipation, HVJB minimizes space requirements by integrating multiple features into a small form factor.

Safety First: Equipped with redundant measures like HVIL, FR-4 insulation, and overcurrent/voltage/temperature protections, it ensures safe operation. CAN2.0B communication supports seamless integration with standard automotive protocols.

Feature-Packed: Includes pre-charge resistors and dedicated contactors for inverters and A/C compressors, ensuring layered protection for EV components. Compatible with HyperLynk™ for effortless integration across diverse protocols and frequencies.
